• 95% of work is within 2 hours of St. Louis
• Regular performance reviews and evaluations

Job Description

• Assisting project managers with estimating, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Will be expected to be on project site at least once a week
• Assisting with the management of multiple projects at the same time
• Maintaining a strong line of communication at all times
• Report directly to multiple project managers

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of experience in construction management
• Construction related degree or prior experience
• Prior GC experience preferred
• Hard working and career motivated individual
• Experience with commercial projects
