Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality patient care services, including medication management, wound care, and health education

Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Document patient information accurately and maintain patient confidentiality

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation :

$50 - $100 BI_WEEKLY salary range
