BLS, ACLS, NIH and PALS are required

Shift Notes : 3-12’s, 7p-7a

36 hours

At least 2 years’ experience

unit also has 24 MS / tele beds. No acutely cardiac, mainly pacemakers, monitoring, potassium levels etc.

Would be beneficial to have Tele experience, but not a requirement, basic tele a plus

# Beds in the unit : 39

Patient Ratios : 1 : 6

Certs Required : BLS, ACLS and NIHSS

Charting System : Meditech EXPERIENCE HIGHLY Preferred

Medication System : McKesson

Will they float to any other units : First to float to Medsurg units within traveler's scope of practice

Scrub Colors and are they provided? : Royal blue, not provided

Hospital may call off 1 Shift for every 4 weeks worked. (Rarely use)
