The ideal person for our Coach Operator position likes building relationships, has excellent customer service skills, possession of a valid Class A or B drivers license with at least 2yrs driving experience, CDL Passenger Endorsements, falls under FMCSA / DOT regs, keeps safety top of mind, professional demeanor, and a 10-year clean driving record.

Coach Operator Daily Job Responsibilities :

• Pick-up / drop off passengers on set, local routes
• Ensure the safety of passengers while in your care
• Pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Manage attendance and passenger records for reporting

Coach Operator Minimum Job Requirements :

• 2 years CDL with passenger endorsement
• Pass standard background and drug screen
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven ability to bring professionalism to your work
• Proven track record of DOT and NTA compliance
• Solid work history and work references
• $2500 start bonus distribution contingent upon new employee meeting qualifying requirements
