Responsibilities and Duties of the Collections Analyst :
Analyze accounts : Determine the risk level of extending credit by analyzing credit information and financial statements.Make collection calls : Contact customers with unpaid bills to arrange repayment schedules or extend payment deadlines.Apply payments : Process payments and reconcile accounts.Create reports : Generate reports using credit data to help inform decisions.Collect documentation : Gather documentation for disputes and unpaid statements.Maintain credit history files : Create and maintain credit history files for clients and accountExperience Preferred of the Collections Analyst :
Bachelors in related field3+ years experience in collectionsExperience with Oracle is a plus
