Administrator – Community Care at Home Division (New York, NY)

TPF Nursing is partnering with to identify an exceptional Administrator to lead the Community Care at Home Division — a critical and growing part home- and community-based care throughout New York City.

This is a high-priority leadership role with strong visibility and impact. The Administrator will oversee CHHA operations, clinical quality, compliance, and financial performance, ensuring that patients across NYC receive the highest standard of community care.

Position Overview :

Community Care provides home- and community-based services. The Administrator leads CHHA operations, nursing functions, and overall clinical and administrative performance — guiding the team to meet regulatory, quality, and financial benchmarks.

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Full-Time, On-Site)

Salary : $225,000 – $235,000

Key Qualifications :

• Current or pending New York State RN or NP license
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Healthcare / Services Administration, Administrative Medicine, or Public Health
• 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in CHHA, hospital administration, business, or public administration
• Proficiency in EPIC Hyperspace , EPIC Remote Client , and Microsoft Office Suite
