Position Highlights :

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Top of the Line Compensation : Documented earnings over $700K in addition to quarterly bonuses that drive compensation above 90th percentile MGMA!
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000 as a sign on bonus, as well as relocation reimbursement up to $12,000!
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package : Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance with three PPO medical plans, 100% employee coverage with benefit credit dollars, and optional HSA / FSA accounts.
  • Professional Development : $3,000 CME allowance and 24 hours of CME PTO.

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : MD or DO required.
  • Certifications : Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Licensure : Must be able to obtain Nevada medical license.
  • Skillset : Proficiency in bread-and-butter ENT, head and neck cancer resections, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, and advanced sinus surgeries.
  • Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
  • Sponsorship : Visa sponsorship available.
