In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
You will be answering phones and providing administrative support to all departments within the company.
The ideal candidate will have top-notch computer skills, exceptional time and process management skills, be self-driven, adaptable, and a problem solver.

Cover front desk duties during the Receptionist’s lunch break Departmental reminder calls Registering Installed Equipment Purchasing and Processing Extended Labor Warranties Scheduling Monitor the Dispatch Boards throughout the day Assist customers in person, via email, chat, or phone call Process over-the-counter filter sales and identify filter type, acquire filter, create an invoice, and take payment Assist all departments as needed for filing, data entry, notices, etc. Following Marshall’s customer service protocols and processes Reminder calls Other duties as assigned Benefits :
