Key Responsibilities
Serve as the third-line escalation engineer for remote manageability incidents and advanced support cases
Drive feedback loops from field and customers into product management and engineering
Lead technical customer engagements for high-severity issues, including deep-dive debug sessions
Required Qualifications
BS or higher in IT-related subjects; certifications in networking are desired
Strong knowledge in computer networks and IT administration
Expertise in PC design, including hardware, firmware, and Windows software
Knowledge of industry manageability standards and security requirements
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation
