We are seeking a mid-level .Net Core Developer (Software Engineer 3) to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Office of the CIO. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications and backend services using .NET Core/C# technologies. You will contribute to modernizing enterprise systems, integrating with data platforms, and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and mission effectiveness in security cooperation operations. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath is highly preferred. Essential Job Responsibilities Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
