Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) In Capacity Management

As part of the Strategic Product and Customer Engagement Team, this Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Capacity Management plays a critical role in providing sustainable, scalable capacity plan to ensure customer success by making executive recommendations through analytical models and understanding of customer architecture and OCI infrastructure supply. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical planner who can lead large-scale projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities include :

• Long range and near-term capacity plan for executive level decision making on resource planning and financial guidance
• Consolidation of constrained supply across space and power, networking, and hardware supplies
• Develop business and capacity plan for new product and new region launches
• Drive large, complex projects from end-to-end
• Support Supply-Demand-Plan-of-Record process for external and internal customers
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities
• Lead interactions with cross functional teams consisting of Data Center Operations, Delivery, Design, Engineers, Product Managers and executive leadership
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
• Gain a deep technical understanding of OCI servers and be able to drive the technical direction of the team, working with cross-functional, cross-service teams
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
