Job Title : Engineering Manager
Pay Range : $120,000 to $150,000 per year
Locations : Springfield, MA
Job Type : Full-time

An Engineer who has a background in HVAC Design Engineering / Mechanical Construction Design would be best!
Responsibilities :
Oversee design functions, manage designers, improve design processes, maintain client relationships, review bids and scopes, and collaborate with project management teams.
Education Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (Master's degree preferred)
Experience Requirement :
- Seasoned Engineering industry experience working in a mechanical contractor or engineering firm.
- Estimating and Designing HVAC / Mechanical Construction projects.
Technical Skills Requirement :
- Display competent knowledge and understanding of codes, industry standards, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain or acquire PE stamps in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Be willing to obtain other state licenses if needed.
