  • Actively engage in GEMBA walks, Kaizen events, and other Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Develop forward-looking capacity and investment plans to support manufacturing scalability and business growth.
  • Leverage OMG's performance management and development tools to build, coach, and retain a high-performing Business Unit team.

Position Requirements

  • 812 years of progressive, relevant business experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a financially driven, performance-oriented culture.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, including the use of metrics, KPIs, and countermeasures.
  • Strong command of budgeting, accounting, and financial principles, including forecasting, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Practical application of Lean principles to drive operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated leadership development capabilities, including successful mentoring and talent growth.
  • Experience building employee engagement with measurable outcomes and specific tools utilized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound, decisive judgments.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative and energizing approach to leadership.

Physical Requirements
