Senior Associate, HR Business Advisor

Responsibilities include :
- Support annual performance development processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and compensation planning for Clients and Markets MDs and below.
- Collaborate and partner with HRBA peers, PRG, FandA, Resource Management and Practice Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions to meet business needs.
- Run reports and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support organizational change initiatives and provide input into change management strategies.
- Aid special HR projects, including benchmarking, leveling, and job description development.
- Help the CandM HRBA and the Process team in rolling out the enhanced Second Pen process.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications :
Minimum three years of recent HR or comparable experience.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration or three years of relevant work experience.Intermediate understanding of HR principles; foundational knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations preferred.Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees; able to develop clear and concise written communications and prepare performance documentation; possess problem-solving skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills, as well as foundational presentation and facilitation skills.Knowledge of PeopleSoft; proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Proven ability to organize and manage personal workload over the long term to meet deliverable expectations effectively.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa).
