Refund Processor (Temp-to-Perm) - Essential Worker

Responsibilities :
- Process refunds by pulling checks based on transmittals, SVRs, and Check 21 guidelines.
- Ensure quality control by scanning checks and backups, verifying image clarity.
- Index and perform quality checks on scanned check images and backups.
- Handle daily mail processing, including opening, sorting, and batching checks.
- Maintain strict adherence to company and client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet critical checkroom deadlines.
- Prepare and mail out daily check batches to clients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
