IS Technical Specialist: (Datastage Prod support)
Our client is currently seeking a IS Technical Specialist : (Datastage Production Support)
This is a hybrid opportunity!
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- Help provide development and support as a member of the Wealth & Advisory technology team.
- Work as a lead technical analyst to help support our business in their day-to-day operational needs.
- You will be required to learn how our applications operate, including all integrations, as well as understand how our business uses them to deliver value.
- If issues arise, you will be required to assist with triage and root cause analysis to help solve the issue.
- Having triage discussions that are both technical and operations in nature and be comfortable participating in both.
- Partner closely with other technology leads to assist with design, development and implementation of needed batch and API integrations.
- Provide technical explanations both verbally and as part of meaningful technical documentation is a requirement of this role.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- 5+ years’ experience in related field
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Technical documentation skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with SQL, DataStage, REST API methodology within a Java Spring Boot environment, and .NET or comparable development skills and Incident Management
- Experience with SSO integrations
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor and business groups
- Bachelor’s Degree
