The Sales Manager is responsible for building and coaching high-performing sales teams and achieving sales goals for each of our three markets. Develop a High-Performing Sales Team
- Hold team members accountable to sales goals, processes, and company values
- Hire, train, and retain top-performing salespeople
- Mentor, coach, and manage team members
- Motivate and inspire the sales force
- Train team members how to prospect, present, and close deals
Learn and Implement our “Discover, Design, Deliver” process

This is a full-time, in-person position working in our Las Vegas or Boise office. Daily working hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday with a one-hour break for lunch.
Travel
The Sales Manager will travel to each of our offices as needed to accomplish sales goals. This could be monthly or more often, as needed by that market.
