Purpose
Overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, and they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements and product cost savings.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors and improve cash flow for the company.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.Previous procurement experience is required.Previous Supplier Relationship Management experience is required.Previous Quality Control Processes and Programs knowledge and experience is required.Previous Logistics experience is preferred.Oil and Gas Experience preferred.
