Principal Solution Architect

Overview

The Principal Solution Architect will lead IT transformation efforts, including cloud adoption, AI solution development, and enterprise roadmaps. This role operates at the highest level of architectural leadership and will guide the entire solutions architecture function.

Responsibilities

Define the

long-term T architecture strategy and roadmaps .

Lead

cloud migration and AI solution adoption

across programs.

Evaluate vendors and participate in technology selection strategies.

Guide and mentor other architects (Lead + Senior Architects).

Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive large-scale transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in IT architecture roles, with significant leadership responsibilities.

Proven track record leading

cloud transformations

and

AI-driven initiatives .

Strong experience in

solutions engineering and enterprise architecture .

Ability to influence at the executive level while staying hands-on in technical design.

Healthcare / Medicaid IT domain experience strongly preferred.
