QA Engineer Must Have Technical / Functional Skills 8+ year of experience Experienced QA Engineer who designs and executes test strategies for web, mobile, and backend applications. Skilled in identifying defects, automating test cases, and ensuring product quality through systematic testing. Works closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and executes test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing applications.
• Conducts functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing as required.
• Identifies, logs, and tracks defects to resolution; verifies bug fixes and provides detailed defect reports.
• Implements automated testing frameworks and scripts to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Performs API, database, and cross-platform testing to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Collaborates with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure testability of features.
• Monitors CI / CD pipelines to ensure timely execution of automated test suites.
• Prepares test data, maintains test environments, and ensures test readiness for each release.
• Provides metrics, dashboards, and status reports on testing progress and quality indicators.
• Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to integrate QA best practices within Agile teams.
• Mentors junior QA staff and shares best practices for test design and automation.
• Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and is available for off-hours testing or escalations as required. Education B E

Salary Range : $100,000 - $110,000 a year
