Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the Corporate Office supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

\n\n \n\t

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Corporate Vice President of Engineering.\n\t
  • Manage the CVP’s calendar, prioritizing engagements aligned with business goals.\n\t
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.\n\t
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for large teams, maintaining accurate trackers.\n\t
  • Plan and execute high-impact events such as leadership offsites and internal meetings.\n

What's Needed?

\n\n \n\t

  • High school diploma or GED required.\n\t
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting executives or in a similar administrative role.\n\t
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\t
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\t
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.\n
