Requirements :
- Certification as an Arizona Certified Caregiver at all three levels of Assisted Living is required.
- Applicants must show a current AZ fingerprint clearance card and current First Aid / CPR certification.
- Applicants are subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- A negative TB test is required.
