Project Engineer

Project Engineer - Heavy Civil Construction (Kingman / Flagstaff, AZ Region)

We're seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in heavy civil construction , focusing on underground utilities and earthwork projects in the Kingman-Flagstaff area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate daily activities with superintendents and foremen, including materials, subcontractors, equipment, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Manage scope changes, assist with scheduling, and process change orders.
• Support project planning, definition, scope, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Prepare and coordinate essential plans such as traffic control, erosion control, safety, and equipment mobilization.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Utilize Viewpoint for project documentation, cost tracking, and reporting.
