This role provides HR leadership and support to a non-union site in Newark, Delaware. You'll deliver HR programs, guide employees and leaders, and partner across HR teams to shape a positive, high-performing work environment. The position focuses on driving engagement, building organizational capability, and improving employee experience through strategic, data-driven HR initiatives.

Responsibilities :
Communicate, implement, and support HR programs in alignment with the overall HR strategy and delivery modelProvide comprehensive HR support and collaborate with Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners as neededInterpret and administer site policies and proceduresPrepare reports, collect and analyze data, develop summaries, and report on the status of ongoing HR mattersLead workplace investigations as needed and partner with other HR team members as appropriateDrive initiatives to build individual and organizational capability across the siteAdvise and coach supervisors on effective employment practices to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies while fostering employee motivation and engagementCollaborate within the HR team to identify improvement opportunities and streamline processesPartner with site leadership to advance a culture focused on feedback, performance, transparent communication, and a positive employee experienceProvide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders to enhance overall site and business performanceEnsure compliance with company, government, and local employment regulationsTravel to additional sites as business needs dictateServe as an active member of the site leadership teamQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline15+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong knowledge of state and federal employment lawsExtensive experience supporting manufacturing and / or shift operations requiredExceptional communication skills (oral and written)Proven ability to lead organizational change initiativesExperience using metrics and data to drive HR actions and interventionsStrong ability to design and implement HR processes for efficiency and impactDemonstrated success collaborating across all levels and functions of an organizationAbility to influence and implement HR best practicesExcellent judgment, organizational, and strategic thinking skillsExperience leveraging AI or digital tools to enhance HR processes preferredAbility and willingness to travel as neededPrior people leadership experience preferred
