Job description

PM / GM tech - 7 am to 3 : 30 pm shift (availability to work nights and weekends as needed).

Requirements :

  • 2-years field HVAC experience.
  • Valid DL must be able to pass an MVR check.
  • Pass background check.
  • Be on rotations on call 24 / 7 shared with all other techs, and work OT as needed.
  • Highly motivated and skilled.
  • Communicate with customers.
  • Complete work requests daily.
  • Operate smartphone and tablet.
  • Work hand tools and equipment related to the job.
  • able to read a meter and schematics

Task :

  • HVAC preventative maintenance
  • Chiller, Condenser, VAV, pumps, water fountains, Hot water heaters, fans and other mechanical equipment PM
  • Replace filter, belts and other components as needed.
  • Replacing / install? / service : lighting, ballast, outlets, switches, ETC.
  • Plumbing : Repair, install, service : faucet, toilet, sinks, water heaters, HVAC, ETA.
