Job descriptionHVAC preventative maintenance Chiller, Condenser, VAV, pumps, water fountains, Hot water heaters, fans and other mechanical equipment PM Replace filter, belts and other components as needed. Replacing / install? / service : lighting, ballast, outlets, switches, ETC. Plumbing : Repair, install, service : faucet, toilet, sinks, water heaters, HVAC, ETA.
PM / GM tech - 7 am to 3 : 30 pm shift (availability to work nights and weekends as needed).
Requirements :
- 2-years field HVAC experience.
- Valid DL must be able to pass an MVR check.
- Pass background check.
- Be on rotations on call 24 / 7 shared with all other techs, and work OT as needed.
- Highly motivated and skilled.
- Communicate with customers.
- Complete work requests daily.
- Operate smartphone and tablet.
- Work hand tools and equipment related to the job.
- able to read a meter and schematics
