Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for retail construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to develop comprehensive budgets. Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals. Monitor and update cost estimates as project details evolve. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Maintain a database of cost information for future reference and benchmarking. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations.
