Candidates must have at least three recent years in agency technology permanent placement search

You will have the opportunity to deliver true full-cycle recruitment, including :

  • Recruiting and qualifying interviewing candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, internal ATS, social media, and referrals.
  • Interact with high caliber candidates and clients, including Fortune 100 companies and startups.
  • Manage the interview "courtship" from beginning to end... and CLOSING DEALS!!
  • Learn about ongoing trends and hiring needs; attend conferences if necessary
  • Looking for Hungry, Humble, and Smart.
