A company is looking for a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (CA Licensed, Spanish Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual preventive care for underserved patients using internal care delivery technology

Develop and refine clinical programs to support patients holistically and address care gaps

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide feedback to improve the care platform

Required Qualifications

2+ years of clinical experience with patients having complex social and healthcare needs

1+ year of primary care experience

Bilingual in Spanish and English

NP license in California

Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
