Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain efficient workflows. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and daily operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all phases of construction. Travel to various project locations and manage on-site logistics, including accommodations and transportation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have :

  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing project locations.
