Hospice for Utah is looking for a flexible and reliable CNA to join our team! Looking to hire for Utah & Salt Lake County.
Competitive wages, experience preferred, but not required.
CNA Responsibilities :
- Provide basic personal care and assist patient in the process of getting ready for daily activities
- Chart visits using the secured digital charting software (equipment provided)
- Provide conversation and companionship
- Transfer of patient i.e., bed to chair, bed to commode, chair / commode to bed.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
CNA Requirements :
- Current CNA license in the state of Utah
- Flexible and reliable
- Ability to relate professionally, positively and cooperatively with team members, patients / families and business associates at all levels
- Experience in hospice (preferred).
- A current drivers license and car insurance
- Great attitude!
