As a Customer Service Representative , you'll support daily operations and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients. Your role focuses on resolving inquiries quickly and professionally while driving improvements in customer experience and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Resolve or escalate issues related to billing, insurance, titles, payoffs, ACH updates, tax questions, and account changes
- Handle escalated complaints with accuracy and urgency
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Track inquiries and provide feedback to management for service improvements
- Support related departments (asset management, collections, titles) as needed
- Meet service level goals and maintain compliance with company policies
- Strive to meet Key Performance Metrics : Inbound and Outbound call handling and quality / timely standards; Productivity benchmarks and compliance
- Use best judgment to resolve issues within guidelines; escalate complex cases when necessary
Qualifications - Customer Service Representative :
1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a financial institutionKnowledge of commercial leasing and collections is a plusStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret lease / legal documents and understand insurance, titling, and UCC filing requirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptedCritical thinking and sound judgment for decision makingEffective written and verbal communicationCollaborative team player with strong relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational skills and adaptability#INNOV2025
