Registered Nurse (RN) – $46 / hour | Skilled Nursing Facility | Lancaster, PA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the care team at our client’s skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA . This position offers competitive pay of $46 / hour and full-time or part-time scheduling , providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct care to residents with neurological conditions, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious diseases, and wound care

Conduct daily rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional well-being, addressing their needs promptly

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation

Delegate appropriate tasks to nursing and non-nursing staff during shifts

Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care standards

Follow facility policies, procedures, and state regulations , contributing to continuous improvements in nursing care

Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and facility operations

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active RN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing

Specialty Area :

Geriatrics – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care

Schedule :

Full-Time & Part-Time – Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), or Overnight (11p-7a) shifts available
