At Everytable we offer fresh, made-from-scratch food at fast-food prices to ensure that everyone can afford our meals. We have storefronts in a variety of neighborhoods and price our food affordably for the communities we’re in. As a Store Manager you’ll oversee in-store team members, store operations, and receive on-the-job business leadership training. You’ll support your team by managing scheduling and resources, setting sales and customer service goals, and providing leadership and mentorship. You’ll also participate in our Social Equity Franchise Program which provides the opportunity to own and operate an Everytable storefront of your own.
Duties
Oversee a team of up to 5 Store Leads and 10 Team Members
Manage all aspects of daily store operations
Project sales and order resources
Handling cash, deposits, reconciliations
Store employee payroll
Hiring and scheduling
Set and manage sales and customer service goals
Plan and conduct store staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
1 - 2 years of restaurant or retail managerial experience or successful completion of a leadership or entrepreneurial program
Strong passion for hospitality and customer service
Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience or initiative
Mission & community-driven
Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours
