RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT

• The Accounting Consultant will compile and analyze financial information :
• Including reconciliations of the balance sheet, intercompany financials, including revenue recognition.
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected financial position.
• Ability to communicate financial documents and analysis to internal parties with non-Accounting backgrounds.
• The Accounting Consultant will also handle audit, and 990's support including preparing and answering items for management.
• Provide support to Controller and Director of Finance and Accounting with ad hoc projects.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT ROLE :

• Must have experience with 990's and audit support
• Must have experience providing financial analysis, written and verbally
• Experience with internal or external audit is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel skills-pivots and vlookups
