Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree
  • Doctorate' s Degree

Certification / Licensure

  • Valid license required in state of practice.

    • Experience

  • Performs modalities / therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
  • Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and / or individualized training.
  • Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations.
  • Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
  • Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
