They are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their team and contribute to the continued success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
• Analyze financial data to calculate tax estimates, provisions (ASC 740), and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax deadlines, including extensions, estimates, and filings.
• Research and interpret tax law changes and communicate findings to leadership.
• Assist with audits, respond to tax notices, and gather information for various reporting requirements (e.g., Form 1099-MISC, Form 1099-DIV).
• Participate in professional groups and leadership activities for ongoing growth.

This is a HYBRID position based near Downers Grove, IL. This role requires 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH.
