• They are looking for a passionate and experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
• Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications. • Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines. • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues. • Collaborate closely with engineers in Japan and North America to drive project success. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. • Prepare and present progress reports, and actively contribute in team discussions.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

• • 5+ years of professional engineering experience in product development. • Hands-on experience with Flutter, Rust, or similar programming languages. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred:

• • Experience in the automotive industry, such as car navigation, infotainment, or car audio systems.
