Operations Analyst Opportunity

Axient is seeking a Operations Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, Alabama. Duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide the most current progression data to the Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) HR Execution Team for the recruit-fill process.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing personnel within the DEVCOM AvMC Staffing Model and cross-train in the Recruitment, Retention, and Reassignment section of Human Resources.
• Leverage expertise in U.S. Army DEVCOM HR recruitment systems to support workforce growth for AvMC's Combat Capabilities Development programs.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by providing guidance to incoming government civilian employees and submitting recruitment packages to CPAC for selected candidates.
• Gather necessary documentation from AvMC Division Branch Chiefs to complete approved actions.
• Meet weekly with Division Chiefs and HR Execution Team staff to provide status updates, address concerns, and ensure transparency in action progress.
• Organize data to offer real-time updates on completed actions and next steps.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and AvMC HR staff to support recruit-fill activities for the subordinate Directorates.
• Ensure secure communications and adherence to guidelines for handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive program information.

Desired Experience:

• Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
