A company is looking for a Real Estate Development Attorney for a 1-2 year temporary project.

Key Responsibilities

Handle construction-related legal matters and provide expert guidance on real estate development projects

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements related to real estate development

Oversee legal aspects of building projects and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active bar membership in any US state

Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in development projects

Strong project management experience

Ability to work 100% remotely
