Job descriptionLeadership and team management : Guide and mentor production teams, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a positive and collaborative environment. Support the Production Manager in hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff. Operations and efficiency : Assist in developing and implementing production schedules, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Quality and safety : Ensure adherence to quality policies and safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines and other corporate policies. Facility and equipment : Maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility and ensure all equipment is in working order. Financial oversight : Analyze production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and use data to make informed decisions. Education : High school diploma or GED is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production management is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant leadership experience, with a strong focus on team building. Experience in the laundry industry is a plus. Skills : Leadership, process improvement, and financial literacy are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is also required. Other : Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are often a strong asset.
