Job Title : Project Engineer

Location : Florida (Ft Lauderdale | West Palm Beach | Orlando)

Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in delivering successful construction projects. This role involves responsibilities in contract administration, document control, procurement, coordination with trade partners, financial management, change orders, and project closeout, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience : 2-5 years in a construction-related role with exposure to project engineering tasks.
• Certifications : OSHA 30-Hour certification required.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage overall project document control, maintaining updated records.

Monitor quality control activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Organize and attend key project meetings, taking minutes and distributing them promptly.

Prepare and track change proposals, aiding in negotiations to minimize impact on project scope and schedule.

Lead the punchlist creation and resolution at project completion.
