HR Generalist

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support its growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts to ensure a smooth employee experience

Administer benefits programs and support payroll processing and compliance

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech preferred)

Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, including employee relations and compliance

Experience with HRIS platforms and understanding of U.S. employment laws
