PrideStaff is seeking a proactive and energetic Receptionist to assist one of our clients in Fort Lauderdale with administrative tasks in the office, answering phone calls and welcoming guests.
If you are computer savvy, great with Microsoft office suite, and love learning, this job is for you.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phones and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Welcome guests with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Create and maintain folders in the system.
- Properly respond to incoming emails and requests.
- Assist with daily reports by transferring information to the system.
Qualifications :
