About the Job :

As Senior Marketing Manager, Value , you'll lead the charge in creating irresistible value offerings that drive transactions, fuel brand love, and keep Taco Bell top of mind for millions of fans. You'll own both brand and product marketing for Value, turning consumer insights into craveable products, breakthrough campaigns, and cross-channel experiences that make an impact. This is a high-visibility role where your strategic vision, creative thinking, and leadership will directly influence the brand's growth and inspire a passionate team to deliver big results. The Day-to-Day :

  • Drive brand transformation, transactions, and same-store sales growth via the Value platform
  • Lead the Value Category team in developing and launching breakthrough Value programs, supported by fully integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Accountable for alignment between product development, digital experiences, brand strategy, and overall business objectives to test & launch Value platform for 2025 and beyond
  • Portfolio Management for all category launches, including driving cross-functional leadership alignment to progress key workstreams and projects, including but not limited to program development briefs, creative development and launch plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Digital, Social, Media to develop robust, multi-channel activation that effectively engages target consumers
  • Accountable for design of product comms briefs that are anchored in breakthrough consumer insights, supported by clear and concise product benefits / RTBs
  • Manage agency partners to develop compelling and engaging consumer communications, from briefing to creative development and launch
  • Stakeholder Management & Storytelling to inspire Consumer Insights and Product Development teams to formulate and execute research plans to validate and optimize Crispy Chicken communications, successfully influencing Marketing and Product Development leadership to achieve alignment
  • Provide onboarding, ongoing training and effective coaching to two Direct Reports, and 4 total team members, across Brand & Product Marketing verticals
  • Serve as a leader of leaders, managing a team of managers and their respective teams
  • Build capability at all levels by mentoring managers and engaging directly with their teams when additional support, alignment, or guidance is required

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience including 3 years' experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and / or Strategic Planning roles (CPG or QSR preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in a management / leadership role; demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and build capability across multiple organizational layers
  • Ability to flex between high-level strategic leadership and hands-on engagement with team-level details to ensure priorities and deliverables are met
  • An innovative capability and drive to think outside the box to create strategy initiatives which elevate the brands as well as promote our products
  • Experience in multi-channel retail industry and / or franchised business a plus
  • Experience in QSR industry a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities to drive food comms agenda throughout the organization
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and agency partners to create multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity
