Jr. Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary : We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in HR and ideally have knowledge of HRIS & ATS software.
The Junior HR Generalist will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
This is a 6 month contract to hire.Responsibilities : Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviewsCoordinate new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperworkAssist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiriesMaintain employee records in HRIS and ATS softwareAssist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflictsAssist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employeesAssist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
