What does a Here For You Caregiver at Sagora do?

• Provide residents with companionship - playing games, watching TV, etc.
• Remind residents to take medications, provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as showers and dressing
• Escort resident to appointments as needed
• Provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks, use of telephone, laundry, escort, transportation, and mail delivery
• Assist with casual, cosmetic assistance - hair brushing, make-up, nail polish
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional/cognitive condition
• Monitor for any environmental hazards and report any incidents, errors, accidents
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service education, projects, and committees as assigned

What do you need to be a Here For You Caregiver?

• CNA preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in caregiving role preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates
• Must be available after regular working hours and work weekends and holidays as necessary.
