Job Details

Responsibilities :

As a Senior-level Staff Accountant, you will be a key contributor to our finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to take ownership of financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

General Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and prepare adjusting journal entries to ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Analyze journal entries, accruals, and adjustments before generating financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements, gathering and interpreting data for leadership and compliance reporting.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating variances and ensuring proper account maintenance.
