Job Title : Senior Accountant (Full-Time, Flexible Hours)

Salary Range : $90,000-$115,000 annually

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Accountant to join our client's finance team. This full-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, communicative, and professional group. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of complex accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant , your core responsibilities will include :

Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Research & Cleanup (50%)

Lead monthly reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

• Resolve legacy issues and ensure accuracy across accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to post corrections and maintain integrity

Debt Refinance & Audit Support (30%)

Prepare audit documentation and schedules

Transactional Processing (20-30%)

Review contractor work and provide guidance

The Senior Accountant will also support the close cycle and prioritize Redi support over month-end close when necessary.
