Role :

• Financial Reporting / Accountant
• Month-End / Year-End Close : Coordinate and perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurate. Responsibilities related but not limited to fixed assets, lease accounting, prepaid / accruals and equity accounting etc. Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
• Account Reconciliation : Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Accounts Receivable : Record and manage accounts receivable transactions. Complete monthly invoicing as well as record and manage cash collections of the receivables.
• Audit Support : Assist Advisors team in UK first time audit. Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support financial audits.
• Process improvement and documentation : Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting : Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support business decisions, strategic initiatives, and management needs.
