Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Marketing, Real Estate Lending, who will collaborate closely with Loan Originators and lead marketing programs that attract real estate builders, developers, and investors to Arixa.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing compelling messaging that differentiates Arixa in the market, and translating these insights into thought leadership, newsletters, social media, and other digital communications. The role will execute targeted campaigns that increase awareness of Arixa's services across our geographic markets and resonate with experienced real estate professionals. This role will also support the Origination team with sales enablement, providing high-impact marketing collateral, conference support, and personalized client engagement strategies to enhance deal flow and strengthen relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate or financial services. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

While not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for :

• Collaborating with Loan Originators to create targeted marketing campaigns that support business development in current and new geographic markets.
• Developing and managing content for thought leadership, newsletters, social media, and other digital communications.
• Executing conference marketing strategies, ensuring Arixa has strong brand visibility and engagement at industry events.
• Providing sales enablement support with marketing collateral, data, and reporting.
• Enhancing client engagement and loyalty through tailored, high-touch marketing efforts.
• Overseeing social media presence for lending business, crafting compelling posts that showcase Arixa's expertise and lending solutions.

Compensation

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office, It is an exempt full-time position, with salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 (depending upon experience) plus discretionary bonus potential.
